Nifty is below the lower line of channel formed connecting Feb11 low and low formed on March21.Till Nifty goes above this channel( this makes interesting study; http://www.investopedia.com/articles/trading/05/020905.asp?partner=COTW05)If Nifty goes below 5400 it has the chance of touching 5300 level. People bought the 5500call and 5500 put can book profit and keep the call, when it struggles to go below yesterday's low.
